Producing dogs

Should there be independent production of dogs as you have the kennel building? Could you easily have the dogs under the infantry section and yet have them build at the same time as infantry?

Does your idea come from defending against spies, where you'd need to dog-spam your base ?

I think it would induce balance issues though. Dogs are already an infantry unit (very fragile indeed, but still if lucky can deal a lot of damage to enemy troops), so it would be double infantry production for soviets, unlike allies.

Increased production yes, but they aren't cheap and are quite fragile as you mention. They work some of the time in the right circumstances. Maybe it could make dogs more relevant.

Sounds like much work for minor thing. I don't see anything wrong with current mechanic anyway.

I have to disagree with this suggestion.
