You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, libellous, hateful, threatening, sexually oriented, or otherwise unlawful material, whether under the laws of your country, the country in which “OpenRA” is hosted, or under international law. Doing so may result in your immediate and permanent ban, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed necessary by us. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

GDPR

To comply with the EU GDPR (2018) you need to be made aware of the following.

In addition to the above OpenRA will also store all of the IP address that you use to post with. Depending on your preferences OpenRA may send you emails to the email address that you used when you registered or you have subsequently changed but you are able to change these preferences from your User Control Panel (UCP) at any time should you wish to stop receiving them.

The personal details that you give us when you sign up, or add later, will be used solely for the purposes of OpenRA's forum or game client functionality. They will not be used for anything else and neither will they be passed on to any third party without your explicit consent. You can check, at any time, the personal details being held about you from the Profile section of your UCP.

You may choose to associate one or more cryptographic keys generated by the OpenRA game client with you forum account for the purpose of identifying yourself in the game. This data is considered to be "publicly available" as it will have been shared with any OpenRA servers that you join using the associated game client, and embedded in game replays recorded by other clients participating in the same servers.

The only other information about you is that which you decide to post in the fora, whereupon it is considered to be “publicly available” as it will have been indexed by search engines as well as on-line archive sites.

By clicking on the “I agree to these terms” button below your acceptance of these terms will be recorded.
