The following requires extensive testing. (Looking at you Anjew.) This idea would scrap the range increase of the Apache in favor of faster gunfire to output more damage. In single testing it works really well. But I haven't fully tried it against a player.
Here is how the aircraft works currently: (Current release defaults)
Apache:
ammo pool of 10.
Reload counter of 10.
Reload timer of 200.
Weapon:
Reloaddelay of 20.
Orca:
ammo pool of 6.
Reload counter of 2.
Reload timer of 100.
Weapon:
Reload delay of 12.
Burst delay of 12.
Ive changed it around where the Apache fires much faster and also increasing its ammo pool. Essentially there is a brief pause before it has fully reloaded again.
For the Orcas I have increased the ammo pool with a faster reload delay and burst delay which makes it an extremely fast strike craft increasing damage. With these types of changes it still can't simply one shot factory buildings but more so scrap tanks/infantry without the right counters. However, this needs testing in the reasons that it might scrap humvees, buggies, bikes, MSAMs, all to easily.
Need to test this first before I have an opinion. Guess we will have make some time AoA
