Squirrel´s Workshop: Nuclear Basin

Post by squirrel »

Nuclear Basin:
DOWNLOAD MAP:

http://resource.openra.net/maps/3748

This new map features:

- Symmetrical but natural-like style of map.
- Every team (5v5, 4v4 or 3v3 recommended) starts at the same point (top vs bottom).
- Every player is free to move their MCV anywhere on the map for multiple strategic purposes.
- The map has different terrain shapes, for more complex microing of units.
- Edge of the map is unbuildable, but provides more tactics against turtling and sneaky attacks behind the enemy base.
- Neutral Hospital at the middle of the map.
- Neutral Service Depot at top side of map. Helpful for repairing helicopters in battle (works for both teams, until someone captures it).
- 1 nuke silo at the top side of the map, with 2 capturable teslacoils.
- 1 nuke silo surrounded by rivers, only accesible by repairing the damaged bridges.

Pretty and highly detailed, plus with the style of great sahara map... interesting, really interesting... just hope that the servers will load this map soon. :D
OpenRA Nicks :
- Everything with "Blueblood" inside
- Yuelang (when I speak Chinese, literally)

My Ping might be Red... blame distance and my shitty connection due to which country I lived in...
