Hey Hey,
I recently stumbled upon this awesome project and I'm pretty excited. Played the crap out of almost every C&C till C&C3 back in the day and me and my friends are pretty hooked again;)
I have a few questions though:
1. Is there a list for the balancing changes done by the authors? Or better yet, a list with all unit stats?
2. Will there be a "No Powers" tech level for RA?
3. I want to create maps for TD and RA but I read somewhere that there will be a better map editor in the future and that the map file format will be changed. So is it wiser to wait for these new features before starting?
Thanks in advance
/edit: 4. Will entire campaigns including cutscenes and stuff make it in the game at some point? It would be even more amazing if you were able to play campaigns in coop mode.

1. The complete changelogs might have what you're after, but it's going to be one fuck-tonne of reading. A lot has changed over the years, and not just in terms of being different/rebalanced from RA95. As for a list of all unit stats, not that I know of.
2. No idea, I really don't see why not though at some point.
3. Chances are that you'll be able to convert the maps to be compatible with the later releases, as has been the case with previous version changes (with a few particular exceptions). It's up to you really, but there's no harm in starting now.
4. Adding co-op support to the RA95 campaign maps would be a lot of work for difficulty balancing and also need various trigger tweaking (as is the case with the current 3.03 version of RA95), but there were all-new co-op missions for OpenRA released in older versions. These are missing now as the scripting/trigger system changed drastically, but they might make a return at some point in the future. A developer might be able to clear this one up.
