Is there a way to select the GPU to use if multiple are availbale?

Hi,
I have a nice eGPU setup but openra (playing mostly CA) always runs on the internal GPU of my Framework 16 Laptop. Is there a way to select the GPU the game uses (maybe via settings.yaml) or even better via Settings GUI?
