Feature Request- Tutorial

I thought it would be a nice to have a tutorial for newbies (or veterans) whether they are new RTS or C&C.
My propoposition is to have tutorials section in-game & divided in 2 categories:

1) A basic tutorial
2) An advanced tutorial ( like hotkeys & such )
3) OPTIONAL: A list of tips & tricks ( if any )

please let me know what you guys think
