Harmful and Toxic members of the OpenRA community (disguised manipulation)

Prologue:
I have long though about writing this officially. I know there are many out there who see this the same way as described. However i firmly believe this post will not lead anywhere by any means of retaliation.

There is more to it from the perspective of the overall progress and development of this amazing OpenRA project, where everyone should get the opportunity to voice their own opinion, experience and be welcomed to be involved in the decision making processes.

As of earlier this year 2020, the Tiberian Dawn mod balance seems overtaken by covert manipulation of a "vulnerable narcissist" (please look up the exact definition of "this term" from the official "DSM5 Cluster B personality disorders catalogue", before entering the discussion, so that we can communicate and find solutions to the implications of the problem and its unfoldment in the long term future for the TD mod community and its balance accordingly, without misunderstandings, thank you!).

A long standing member of the OpenRA community, and a well known, experienced, highly skilled RA player, "Orb", who apparently left RA for some or the other reasons,
is currently:
as he states: " i wont play TD unless its balance is going to change..." inflicting severe amounts of instability, randomly changing variables - to his very own liking with little to no feedback at all of the long standing, core TD player community members - in its current design and stable balance state.

"As accurately described in the ClusterB Typ personality disorder catalogue" this is happening due to his need to feel good causing harm to a few, without regard of the aftermath and effects nor the benefit of losses of the games experience of the many.

I will provide evidence on demand for anyone who is truly curious about this post, which is about questioning whether Orbs undertaking in TD balancing has to do with improvement of the TD mods experience, or on revenging his predecessor (AoAGeneral) quote
"who knows it all in his almighty knowledge"
(including what has already been written officially on this forum under the TD Balance Thread from ~ 2017, 2018)

Lets get to the point: AoAGeneral did a great job in Balancing the game for a very long time, during which he shared his opinions and asked the community for feedback publicly. Furthermore he was aware of changes internal feedback, meaning he kept changes within a steady and stable state. (with only one exception).

Well then, someone, who almost never played TD on a regular basis for all the years before, apparently leaving RA, suddenly coming into TD to tell everyone about what needs to be changed in which ways, besides commenting disrespectfully, insulting, minimizing AoAGeneral and others who promote his work on public twitch and or in-game chats, which can be heard and made available to anyone?

What are the intentions of doing such? Why is he(Orb) doing it ?
(that is my last hope for you have to have awoken an interest in checking out about ClusterB Types as defined by the DSM5, which should be of great help here in the given issue to clarify intentions of the current procedures happening in TD and this post).

Ergo, i propose to officially collect the TD core communities opinions on how we respond to the current state of Tiberian Dawn being changed seemingly without any basic knowledge of balance stability rules for any RTS.

Can't say anything about TD balance state and although some of Orbs earlier changes did regress MiG gameplay in RA which is not going to be fixed, he as a person has always made a reasonable impression to me. In particular, his PR descriptions are well written and make his intentions transparent. As always, there can be side effects or things that one doesn't agree on, but I disagree with the description in this post that he'd be a malicious contributor.

Besides this, I find it very bad style to accuse someone publicly of personality disorders who you - which is my guess - never have met personally. Even if you were right about it, it's between disrespectful and degrading.

Disappointing to read this from you but I guess your love for TD and disappointment over the direction it takes or that you don't feel included led to it. So there seem to be things to fix nevertheless if dedicated long-time players feel the need to write such a post.

I have never seen a Dunning-Kruger-Effekt in this developted stadium as you are presenting it here and now.

No he did not since nobody was playing TD outside of the obvious 5 people that always did and he was a horrible community manager since he did not listen to anyone as soon as something had to be changed. I wanna remind people of the APC inscident in TDGL 1 where we had to bombard him for half a year + streams and help from the RA community to get him change it finally.

I don't know where those weird assumptions are comming from and why you are accusing Orb of such awful things but know this:
How about Orb is just doing all of this to have fun and improve TD, have you ever thought about that you self centered child?

Orb and I had a horrible history together in the past as Rivals and I am defending him here. He did nothing wrong!

The only one with a disorder is you Kusonagi because you cannot accept that someone is changing your beloved game because you think it is yours and yours alone and now you are trying to find the conflict in others who wanna hurt your feelings by changing it. You are setting up Orb is an incompetent designer but it is you who is at faul and that is the Dunning-Kruger-Effekt at it's finest and I hope you get a read on that disorder as well.

Maybe you should take off your aluminum hat and start enjoing new TD with the others as well.

Also if you ever had problems with his balancing why not joining Discord or contribute on Github to search for the argument?
