How to install Tiberian Sun mods ?

Hi,
I saw in the web site of OpenRa, a "ts" folder which content stuff for a WIP Tiberian Sun mod but i cannot download or install it. Can someone tell me how to do please ?

You need to compile a developer build from source.
Download the entire repository as zip, extract it and then follow

Problem is, i can't download anything. I tried what i found here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7106 ... ithub-repo but it seems not working anymore.

Just go to https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/ and click on the green "Clone or download" button on the right. Then select "Download ZIP".
