Recommended list of excluded players

Kyrylo made a nice post about the positive players in the OpenRA community but didn't mention the negative players. I didnt want to clog up his post with negative comments about players so I decided to post here a list of players who should be excluded from participating in events until further notice.

The first player I would like to point out is the obvious choice of Norman.
He caused issues in the Big Team Tournament and recently he has caused issues in the TD league. Primarily wasting everyones times intentionally and talking a lot of shit
