Radeon HD 7700

Hello,

I am experiencing strange tick time peaks that results into a delay of half a second every 10-15 seconds. Like if the graphic card were not powerful enough. I have a Radeon HD 7700 and a 3.16Ghz E8500, that should be enough to run OpenRA smoothly.

I am experiencing the same problem on Spring RTS so it may be linked to OpenGL, isn't it?

Does someone has experienced the same kind of trouble?
