When trying to play the game I'm getting slowdown from the act of moving my mouse even though they game runs fine otherwise, I can even hold my left/right buttons and the problem will go away while they're held.
Looking at the task manager I can see that moving the mouse is causing 20-30% of the cpus resources to be moved from OpenRA.game.exe to csrss.exe and is causing a very large spike in I/O reads(from 300 per update to 2000-3000). The ingame performance chart shows a large increase in "render" and "render_flip" as well.

Anyone know a solution to this problem?
CPU: Dual core 3.1ghz AMD Athlon.
GPU: Nvidia 8400GS
