My own custom #OpenRA client. :D

It has a lot of new things :

In the lobby :
-Team sorting button.
-Admin is more visible.

In game:
-Now building overview widget.

-Que visualiser with order control.

Buttons from left to right :
-Next up in building que button, choose what is next to be built (green).
-Enter howmany units to make button (blue).
-Advanced rally points, each unit own rally point (Orange).
-Delete que of that unit button (red).

Hopefully the devs want to put some of these things in the real program.

Another productive day! :)

-In lobby : Map fullscreen button, large map with smart legend (can highlight materials).

Here I clicked on Gems in the legend :

-Money controls : $50,000 and $100,000 added as an option to start with

-New A.I : Adaptive AI, 6 settings with 3 or 4 options each.

Here are all 6 Adaptive AI lobby settings and their choices:

Adaptive AI Difficulty — overall challenge
Easy
Medium (default)
Hard
Brutal

Adaptive AI Scouting — how actively it explores
Off
Minimal
Normal (default)
Aggressive

Adaptive AI Counter-Building — how fast it counters seen units
Off
Balanced (default)
Aggressive

Adaptive AI Expansion — how aggressively it expands with MCVs
Defensive
Balanced (default)
Greedy

Adaptive AI Combat Aggression — how readily it commits to attacks
Passive
Balanced (default)
Rush

Adaptive AI Support Powers — how readily it uses support powers
Never
Conservative
Normal (default)
Aggressive

These only show under “Adaptive AI controls” when at least one player/bot is set to Adaptive AI. Superweapons still follow the map Tech Level option (separate from these six).

Unlimited money + Instant building = madness.

The way the planes come out if fantastic.

Open RA, more beautiful stuff!

-Map compatibility in map picker.

-Unlimited money.

-Gamespeed Ludicrous (50% faster than fastest).

-Instant building toggle, no waiting time.

-Formations, choose a formation for infantry, vehicles, aircraft, naval. Choose unit spacing.

You can now play this version and play with all the new features! :D

Play instructions :

-Open the link above.
-Click the green Code button, then Download ZIP.
-Extract the ZIP to a folder (e.g. C:\Games\OpenRA-SHOCKWAVE).
-Open that folder.
-Double-click PLAY-Red-Alert.cmd.

That’s it — no building, no make.cmd, no GitHub account needed.

What Have I made?

-Action buttons in building menu :
-Next up in building que button (make something 1st in line to be built).
-Enter howmany units to make button.
-Advanced rally points, rally points per type.
-Cancel building que button per item (buildings, defense, infantery, vehicles, aircraft, naval) no more clicking right mouse fifty times to cancel a que.

-Building que box, this visualises and controls the building que (items can be moved up and down in the building que.
-Advanced rally points, rally points per unit type controlled from main building sidebar menu (3rd button from the left under the units). This does not replace the classic rally point system through clicking on a building.
-In lobby : Map fullscreen button, large map with smart legend (can highlight materials).
-Money controls : $50,000 and $100,000 and unlimited money added as an option to start with.
-Adaptive AI, customisable.
-Map compatibility in map picker.
-Gamespeed Ludicrous (50% faster than fastest).
-Instant building toggle, no waiting time.
-Formation, choose a formation shape for infantry, vehicles, aircraft, naval. Choose between 4 unit spacings.

-Program theme color picker (Settings-Display-Theme color).
-Troop color in skirmish and multiplayer can be set to the theme color.
-Esc button on keyboard exits menu`s.
-Larger server lobby box.
-larger building menu (10%).
-More height on lobby player list (no more scrolling to see the 8th player).
-In game Esc button screen box larger (no more scrolling to see 8th player).
-Larger map preview, with highlighted materials.
-Lobby team sorting button (groups players in same team)
-Lobby Admin is more visible.
-Now building overview widget.

The shocky effect sometimes is from the screenrecording software, it`s not like that in game.
