how can i install v20250330 that can save games, movies, settings in the installed dir?

this is what i have now openra v20231010 and works the way i want
M:\openra\Support\Content\d2k\v2\movies\ works

but i tried to update to
openra v20250330
M:\openra\Support\Content\d2k\v2\movies\ does not work
M:\openra\Content\d2k\v2\movies\ does not work

i can not figure out how to manually install openra v20250330 that can save games and movies and settings in the installed directory, not in UserProfile
without using manage content

i just purely and randomly tried around by putting movies dir everywhere

google AI was totally wrong by saying v2

openra v20250330 does not make UserProfile dir
if you do this way M:\openra\Support\

and not M:\openra\content\
and not M:\openra\OpenRa\

what is v2 dir for?
what does v3 stand for and is it for?

I remember it was changed between last two releases. Was v2 before, its v3 after. This commit: https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/pull/21240

Dunno why its backward incompatible (v2 vs v3), its unfortunate, as I still keep 2023 release (v2), because it was last which supports Integrated Intel Graphics (which use older OpenGL). With latest release the game doesnt run at all. And its Dune thing only, RA/CnC content pathname is without change.
