Europe Center/Centre start

How to update the Europe centre start map to the latest version of OpenRA? Perhaps with a short tip I could do this myself? We cannot just leave the best version of the most legendary map to the annals of history!

If you mean the map at https://resource.openra.net/maps/47595/, it does not appear to have any custom rules and should work as-is with current OpenRA.

If it did have custom rules and those were outdated, use of the --update-map command in the OpenRA Utility would be a good first step, and possibly all that would be needed.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I saw that later with the utility… Regarding the map there’s another version though with the red “BEST” text in the thumbnail. After installing and choosing it, the options tab gets greyed out and it says map is not supported in the current version. I guess the utility you mention would fix that and I’ll write again here if not. Thx for support.

Update: I got the very basic Europe centre start map you linked here to work! However, the "BEST" edition of it by Trump MegaTank errored out in the utility. I guess generally the docs and this whole process is a bit unclear to a newbie like me but I'm happy enough with the outcome!
