so, I have only ever heard of this game because of the music, I love the rock and orchestral music. How do I download all the music

Hi. You have to get the original CDs/ISOs and mount them, see https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/wiki/Game-Content

CDs are an effective solution guyid cyar when burned deep and easy to find when lost.

The music in the game is awesome! You can check if the game has an official release of the soundtrack or search fan forums for downloads.
