Can we make registration mandatory to prevent pro players (who change their username constantly) from tricking us? Please?!

Ok so this guy named "Jack". Jack for real is not some random hoe named Jack or Joe or Hi Hoe. He steamrolled the whole mediterranean. It's not right that he can parade around as Mr. Guy Incognito.
