Sizing Issue

It sounds like you're using windowed mode. I don't know your setup but on a Windows machine, it should be possible to change this at %AppData%\OpenRA\settings.yaml. The numbers for WindowedSize can then be swapped to something more useful with Notepad or another plain text editor.
