Why is there no Chat in Dune Lobby

It would be better if there was a lobby before you join a game, so you can see whos actually online in the specific game.
I Game and Stream.

I also Play Apex Legends and Warzone.

Dune 2000, Red Alert, Diablo 2.

It was removed a few years ago in https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/pull/14496
