This looks like thumbnail to me.. Do you got any bigger (HD-size?) images to look at?

Did you recreate these in a 3D program like Blender or 3DS/Maya and create a sprite sheet, or did you create them from scratch in Photoshop?

I resized the image and edit it by hand using realworldpaint

Nice: it looks great!

Unfortunately, the only programs I can think of off the top of my head are the professional tools offered by Topaz Labs, but they cost a lot (I've been eyeing up purchasing them as part of enhancing my work-flow/product quality).
