OpenRA release 20200503 Ra evacuation campaign.

In evacuation, after few minutes, there is a script error that crashes this campaign.

Hi, this crash will be fixed in the upcoming release. (See https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/pull/18204 for details)
