Replay Folder Problem

Hello, I have a problem with the "replays" folder, it did not create itself after starting the game, and after setting up the folder it did nothing. I am asking for help in finding the problem and the folder.

Does https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/wiki/Replays#location help in locating the folder?
