Why is my IP banned from accessing the OpenRA master server?

So as of yesterday I have been unable to have any servers pop up when I check the multiplayer tab in game, I have not been able to connect to the master server when I make games, and I have been unable to access a large portion of the OpenRA website (including the forum page). I at first thought it could be something wrong on my end, but now that I am able to access the entirety of the website using the Opera browser's VPN, it appears that for some reason my IP itself was blacklisted from the game. I hope that that isn't the case, and that there can be an easy solution to this.

As far as I am aware, nothing has changed recently on the OpenRA server-side to block you or anybody else. Your ISP might be blocking OpenRA, or more likely it is some transient networking issue that will soon fix itself.
