[Solved] - OpenRA 2019117 - Phase Transport group hug ???

Hello All, I have the following question about this OpenRA unit behaviour:
- Version: OpenRA 20191117
- Gametype: Skirmish, Conquest
- Gameplay: 2 vrs 2 (1 FRENCH human player + 1 England Rush-AI bot vrs 2 Soviet Rush-AI bots)
- Mapname: Ascent (the one that comes with the above version

I'm using the French Phase transport to scout out enemy bases.
I make sure to not get noticed inside the enemy bases, remaining in stealth mode all the time, no shooting or anything.
I park my scout Phase Transporter somewhere on the map where no enemy unit has every been before

And then this phenomena happens:

My parked French Phase Transporter:
- gets discovered some how by enemy AI-bot units?
- get a group-hug from the enemy AI-bot units?
- enemy units later move away to attack my visible base?

QUESTION:
1. How is it possible that a (invisible?) Phase Transporter gets discovered, when it has never broken its
"stealth mode" from the Warfactory by either unloading troops of shoot at enemy units?

NOTE:
This also happens when i "park" a recon (Soviet) submarine - in submerged state - near the shorelines of enemy bases
The submerged submarine still is able to attract AI-bot troops like a magnet :-) making a nice decoy

Our AI is not very smart, but in some cases it is too 'smart': It trying to attack cloaked units is a bug (see OpenRA/OpenRA#3763)

Thanks for the acknowledgement and feedback abcdefg30.

Q1: Is this "feature" going to be fixed or does it remain [open]?

Q2: Can this "bug" be _a_ reason why - in human vrs AI-bot skirmish games - sometimes comes grinding to almost complete idle / halt?

An update on this experiment:
I used the French Phase Transporter this time as a "strategic weapon":
1. ! produced a lot of them (10-20)
2. I transported them to the (active) Ore/Gems field near the enemy base.
3. I spread 'm out all as "an invisible wall" on the fields 1st patches of minerals,
to peacefully deny the enemy to mine that Ore/Gems field.

This is what happened:

First nothing happend and the Ore Truck did not pass them to mine Ore
Then a Soviet Shocktrooper, somehow started to attack them.

Update 2 on this experiment:
This time I used the French Phase Transporter as an Ore truck shepherd
1. I produced a lot of them (10-20).
2. I transported them to the (active) Ore/Gems field near the enemy base.
3. I waited until the enemy Ore Trucks started to mine that field.
4. Then moved in with the French Phase Transporter,to capture and hold the Ore Trucks.

First nothing happened, the Ore Trucks remained at their location.
Then Rush AI-bot army appeared and started to attack the Phase Tanks, this time with Rockets.

Infantry detect stealth at 1 cell range, anti-ground defences detect in 6 cell range

*since this release (previously there were a lot of arbitrary stealth detectors for each faction).
