Help me find this .SHP

Greetings, commanders; long-ish time follower, first-time poster.

Several months ago I stumbled upon an edit to the Forward Command Post that removed the hammer and sickle so it could be used generically. I didn't download it at the time, and now I can't remember where I found it in the first place. I thought it was here, but I've been up and down this forum several times to no avail.

Does anyone recognize what I'm talking about, or have the file on hand?

Two years of not-being-able-to-log-in later, I'm happy to report the file was found.

Here is the buildup repaired with engie file converter. On my end ive replaced the neutral structure graphic with this as its faction neutral appearance.
