Mod Earth Mod Creation Error

Hey everyone

As the title implies, im trying to add redesign bits of the earth 2140 game to make mod for that game. Having saying that i couldn't pass the first tutorial for mod creation hehe. Although i'm somewhat familiar. But i could get the tesla coil laser thing tutorial (https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRAModSDK/ ... ng-Started)
After following every step the building fails giving me this error
