- How to make a neutral, capturable refinery not spawn an unwanted harvester ?
- How to make a capturable airfield give all the related superpowers (including parabombs) ? Currently, seems to depends on the player's faction (Allies don't get anything) ?

Open map.yaml, find the refinery in the Actors section, then add "FreeActor: False" in with the owner and location initializers.
The easiest way I can think of that should work is to edit the Neutral player to make them soviet.

Replaced "Faction: england" with "Faction: ukraine" for the paras.
