Just got back into the game. Anyone else know how to solve the bug where the servers always show the same games/number of players despite restarting the game several times the bug is there and I cant see new games.

Basically I cant refresh the servers, always look the same

I've no idea, but that's strange as it's clearly making some connection if some information is getting through.

If my connection goes bad it normally refuses to load anything at all.

Apologies for asking, but you're on the most recent release yes?

Yea, I just downloaded the whatevver one is available online yesterday, thought maybe someone may have had the same issue.
Once I load the game and see the servers/players in those games no matter how many times I refresh or reload the game it still shows the same players/games available as the first time I logged in so never updates.
Kinda annoying cus I cant see any new games made.

Are you on a normal home internet connection, or is this using some kind of shared corporate or university network?

Just my home private internet, fiber 20mbs

I had this problem along time ago. My virus protection was accountable. I disabled my Avast re installed RA as administrator and it was fine. Maybe worth trying something similar.

If that's the case see if your antivirus has a gaming mode and can allow you to add it to its list manually.

I installed openra onto a new partition with new windows and no antivirus and run in administrator, still same issue.

I figured out how to show the games today with orabot,

just type in the general chat ]games and it shows the list of games
