Thanks to everyone who participated in the stream!
I'll do another one next Tuesday and maybe turn this into a weekly event.
For those who missed it, the video was saved to youtube but will not be advertised.
With all that out of the way, let's get to the real meat of this post:
,showcasing how important naval control can be even if your opponent has 90% of the map.
Cheers!
You're welcome! Glad to see navy as it currently exists get some good action at moderate amounts of units. Things we don't usually see like the IC+naval Transporter.
I think seeing these naval plays alongside land battles in action (e.g. Hi vs Frame Limiter) can help to highlight what the true issues are for better balance changes without affecting naval play for the worst.
In this game whilst naval had a supporting role, it was the air units that finished the game. Hence it wasn't naval alone that ended the game, and that's what I'm hoping to see with the "partial naval" maps; navy being a supporter to other unit types.
.1 and I have played a LOT of games against each other and are basically evenly matched. This was by far the closest game we've played and we both had fun playing it.
Hey everyone!
With the distinct lack of SoScared streams at the moment, I'm trying to fill the void by hosting a (for now) bi-weekly stream on youtube.
I'll go live today from 5pm UTC!
We will do 1v1 practice and go over the playtest changes.
Are you sure you havent forgot to check some kind of tickbox? Your streams dont seem to come back as normal videos?
I keep the videos as unlisted, because I don't want to clutter the inbox of my viewers with random streams.
For those interested, I'll regularly post the links to the streams here for your viewing pleasure.
Here goes the first:
In other news, the first Match Of The Month coproduction with SoScared has been released!
This is also the first playtest match I have covered on my channel, so I took some time to go over the stance changes as well:
Your choice ofcourse! I think most of your viewers will enjoy those casts. I'll comment with your link on your latest video so people who want more can follow the link. Definitely do post your links here!

That game on Nuclear Winter around 1:40:00 should definitely make it to your shoutcast Soviet tech comebacks are too good to not be casted.
Can't cast my own games, I already know the outcome :p
I finally got around to releasing parts of my casting backlog;
here's Orb versus Unano, I think it was submitted over two months ago.
