OpenRA on Mint18

I try install on Mint 18, install was successful, i am run OpenRA, after assets downloaded, endless extraction stage. Whats wrong?

I try on clean Debian 8.5 at extraction stage i have error

 Error: CodePage 866 not supported.

i fixed it this

LANG=C openra

tomorrow itry this on Mint

Installing the libmono-i18n4.0-all packaging should fix it. We've updated the package dependencies for the next release to include this.
