Should crates be enabled as default in the lobby options

Yes, but crate initial spawn time should be X minutes into the match: 4; 16%

Yes, but crate rewards should be rebalanced: 2; 8%

Yes, but initial spawn time and rewards should be rebalanced: 1; 4%

There do exist silly and special types but in the form of the map itself. Usually the best option to go (Also considered to be a mod) http://resource.openra.net/maps/14677/
