Yes, setting a couple categories would be good as it is quite hard to compare all the maps (hmm is this Dune20004p map better or worse than this RA 1v1?). I'll make a googlespreadsheet where we can enter our scores tonight. Will also come up with a way to rate each aspect of the map. Feel free to give suggestions on the method to improve it or adjust it to your own liking.

In the end I do think that we should all do what we want ourselves. I mean: the scores are not set in stone. If you somehow think a map is freaking awesome, allthough it is quite ugly, then feel free to put it as high as you want. Having 3 jurymembers + popular vote will blurr such extremes anyway. Not sure if its clear what I mean

Not sure if ill be able to playtest alot, btw. Got alot to do in my life at the moment and currently dont have a good computer/laptop to play openra on...

There will probably be tons of maps. I'll probably cherry pick the more aesthetically pleasing maps and check them for playability.

Super late but this is something that can be modified with later map competitions.

I recommend the full one in the top of the main post. I can always slim these down to custom sizes using the full version provided in the zip below.

I think they look great!

Regarding the text: the "benefit ze people text" is a bit unclear to me. I think the text could either be more descriptive or if you want to do a thematic intro something like "Commander, we are looking for the most talented battleground designers".

Other than that: looks awesome! Maybe a bit of glow around the mod logo's to set them apart?
