Speed setting on the latest release?

Is the speed setting the same for the latest release?

The "faster" option doesn't seem quite so fast to me.

If I recall correctly, the only stat I remember is a war factory takes 48 seconds in normal and 32 seconds in fast. I haven't downloaded the current release as I've been busy so perhaps use that as a guesstimate
