The option to disable Superwepons

It would be a really nice feature to add in openRA

Already exists in options while in a lobby. You could also limit tech levels, and It is also possible to edit a .yaml to disable use of any type of building on a custom map.

Red Alert got such a techlevel in OpenRA/OpenRA#10580.
