Iron Curtain neutral units or base?

Iron Curtain neutral units or base?

You seem to be able to chrono neutral units. Just tried it with demo trucks and they exploded. But you can't use iron curtain on neutral units or base parts. It could be useful on some maps, and if you can use chrono...
