How to select stuff in the editor?

Sorry for making a thread for this probably stupid question.

But how do I select a part of the map so I can copy it? Just sometimes I am able to select something by dragging with left mouse, but most of the time I can't because I have selected something from the left-menu (actors, land, ore, etc) Dragging the mouse with left-mouse button then results in placing unwanted things everywhere on the path along you dragged.

So... how can I select a range in the mapeditor to copy-paste it?

And is there an 'undo last' option?

Hi.
Right-clicking anywhere on the map will deselect whatever tile/tool/selection you are currently "holding".
And no, I don't think there is an Undo option.
