Maps not available?

Some maps aren't available for some reason?

e.g. triples

http://resource.openra.net/maps/1171/ should work.

There are suddenly a load of maps I can't select on any of the public servers it seems e.g.:

wooden triangle
free coasts
mini harbour
ocean island
small divide 1, 2 and 3

I downloaded it, and yes it did work. I will try one of the others that I can't use now.
