How to with the Map editor

HI there,

I am trying to create a map and want to create big section of ore, i cant seem to drag a box and fill this with ore like the old map editor, please tell me there is a way to do this with the new one? its frustrating doing it one box at a time ? Many thanks

This isn't yet possible, but you can hold down the mouse button and drag it around to paint a region quickly. You don't need to click in each cell individually

haha yes i know that but still with maps 256x256 this is still very long winded way of using the editor - The big appeal of this from the older version is that it has bigger maps something i ve always wanted, however designing these big maps is proving very tiresome - As always keep up the good work :-)

at least we can do this in old original Red alert editor, and then convert it to ORA format... but umm... that is not convenient too

This wont work on maps bigger than 126x126 - the bigger maps is the main appeal to me of Openra.

is there any update on this please, i would really like this feature added, a drag box with a copy and paste function - thanks
