Map Resize Problems

Hello,

I'm here cause i need your help about some problems about resizing maps.

But i still got a problem like the error code "Map format 12 is not supported", or impossible to access the file in "DEV MODE"

I'm still using Windows 7 x64 for the moment, and can't use "Powershell" cause makes me too much problems..

Can you make sure that you run the latest version of OpenRA? Map format 12 not being supported hints at an outdated version. Unfortunately we no longer support Windows 7 as well, so that could be another problem.

But all works for me in the OpenRA game and map maker with the "release-20231010" version...

So, there is no other solution to fix the problem except buy lastest Windows.... ?

I wrote some c/c++ code for resizing.
It works with codeblocks ide under ubuntu Linux.
