Only the starting islands have ore. The only other means of obtaining recources is to win the race for the oil derricks.. or capturing the enemy starting island.
Update: The map has been installed on most of Xai's Xaionaro Hetzner servers. In order to play it, you might need to download it by yourself first and copy it into your /Documents/Ra map folder.
