Alright, since Red Alert begin with Hitler's death... what if the divergence takes a little earlier point... with German / Central Powers victory in WWI...

* German Empire strenghtened, but Austro-Hungary still collapse. Austria end up as member of German Empire while the rest are effectively puppetized by Germany. Ottoman Empire is still there, but due to internal unrest, they didn't end up meddling much in post war Europe
* Wilson's entry of US to war in Allied side backfires, due to mishandling internal politics, riots erupts and economic downturns goes worse. An accidental attack on Canada leaves US as international pariah and soon, Communist revolt erupts in America
* Russian Empire still crumbles, and USSR arise from their ashes, after Lenin successfully sack and pre-empt Stalin, a much more International minded Trotsky succeed him and strenghten Soviet position and influence.
* Due to defeat, French politics drift to extreme, and fascist movements clashes with Communists, due to both USSA and USSR help, as well as Germany and Britain being busy quelling internal revolts, French successfully turned communist.
* After communist USSA try to spread their influence in Pacific, Empire of Japan, with British and German Help, expand and meddle in China to counter growing communist influences...\

* So basically, after looking at how Communist almost overrun the globe, in spirit of ironic reversal, the two Major Empires (Germans and Brits) launch a surprise invasion against both USSR and Communist France... While in Pacific, USSA pre-emptively invade Japanese domains...

Axis of Empires
Generally Powerhouse and Tech faction (think of GDI), but with RA unit lineups, relies on well trained and equipped units.

Kinda Subversive faction, but the industrial power of USSR and USSA means they could end up as brute force and numerous faction.

Oh well... Basically this will be based on OpenRA and Red Alert storyline, but with a little twist... instead of being clearly Black and White, they are now both shades of gray...

The Units are more or less the same with OpenRA, but with some swap, with major twist in their departments

Britain rely on heavy firepower (and by fire, I mean FLAME)
Germany rely on tech and quality

^ Airstrip provide Spy Plane support power, tech lab did not provide GPS support power

* Germany) V Launch Site ; think stationary version of V2 Rocket Launcher, attack ground, kinda long range counter siege weapon
* all) Sensor Tower ; has vision range sightly longer than artillery range, also detect stealth in sightly shorter range, unarmed sensor tower
* all) Nuclear Missile Silo

^ No stationary, actively armed defense able to independently detect stealth except camo pillbox (who also stealthed). Sensor tower is required to cover that
^ Yep neither Chronosphere nor Iron Curtain is here. Axis got Nukes for that (and it goes off in 10:00)

* Japan, Britain) Grenadier ; old soviet grenadier, buffed up
* all) Rocket Soldier
* all) Field Medic
* all) Attack Dog ; detect stealth and spy
* all) Engineer ; need radar dome first
* Japan) Sniper ; has good sight range, stealthed even when moving and detect stealth.
* Britain) Flamethrower ; more heavily armoured (surviveable) than soviet flamethrower, also has more range and damage, obviously more expensive too
* Germany) Stormtrooper ; kinda dune2k Sardaukar, long range assault gun against infantry and light vehicles, shorter range concussion grenade against tanks and buildings
* all) Field Mechanic

^ No commando type infantry

AXIS Vehicles :

* all) Harvester
* all) APC ; has better troop capacity, more expensive, but also better in direct combat role
* all) Medium Tank ; yes, I put medium tank as basic Axis tank here
* all) Flak Truck ; beefed up to almost able to stand toe to toe against light tank, more expensive though
* all) V2 Rocket Launcher
* all) MCV
* Japan) Tsunami Tank ; amphibious light tank
* Britain) Inferno Tank ; nod flame tank with longer range
* Germany) Panzer ; better, sightly faster but also sightly more expensive than heavy tank.

scrap that, I think since it will involve making the modfolder from scratch (instead of copying RA), perhaps making units from ground up aren't too bad (since I intend to make it RA style but a bit different)
