How difficult would it be to have a second computer connected to a VPN to create a fake player to troll an opposing team? I recently played a match with a player who build a combined 4 infantry in a team match. They had tons of money to build things, but they did nothing.
At the end of the match they announced "I'm new".

Setting up a second computer with a VPN for trolling is technically easy but violates fair play and community rules.
