Mad Tanks in 2024?!

So I've noticed that on some custom maps that mad tanks randomly appear in the game. As I recall, mad tanks were a common thing some years ago, but you can't build them anymore. Gotta assume it's because of how effective those units are at messing up a base.

From where are these mad tanks coming? Custom map units or something?

Hi, you should still be able to build Mad Tanks as usual when playing as Soviet.
