Gore and Glory Balance

This balance aims to bring more complexity to mid game army composition and accommodating more variety in terms of strategies. Changes introduced with this balance is evolved around making Radar tech viable in early mid game and making defensive game-play less rewarding.

Notable changes are
- Infantry have same attack and vision range
- Infantry and vehicle production scaling slightly slowed down
- Radar dome unlocks MRJ and Shock Troopers
- Artillery and V2 is more effective against base defenses
- Attack dog is faster, beefier and self-heals (cost effective scout unit for Soviet)
- Parabomb and Paratrooper charge interval slightly decreased (to compensate Ukraine against Allies and Russia radar dome advantage)
- Yak and Blackhawk slightly buffed
- Tanya cost increased

* General

- ERCC refinery 2.1, BCC rax 1.0, ACC airfield 1.0
- Husks are restored with 15% health (down from 25%)
- Radar Dome cost 1500 (down from 1800)
- Mine health 5000 (down from 10000)
- Modified production queue timings (except vehicles): 100, 86, 75, 67, 60, 55, 50 (rather than 100, 85, 75, 65, 60, 55, 50)

* Allies

- Phase Transport uncloak on load and unload
- Ranger speed 160 (down from 170), vision 7c0 (down from 8c0)
- Tanya cost 1500 (up from 1200), added skull icon
- Spy added skull icon when disguised as Tanya
- MGG has deployable shroud
- Longbow anti-ground reload delay 34 (up from 30), burst delay 10 (up from 7)

* Soviet

- Demo truck health 2800 (down from 5000), speed 75 (down from 85)
- Parabombs come from a single badger (down from 3), with health 40000 (up from 30000) and 10 bombs (up from 5)
- Each bomb has range 6c0 (up from 3c0), fall speed 50 (up from 40), spread 1000 (up from 768), damage vs none 40 (up from 30) and vs wood 60 (up from 30)
- Dog chew time 20 (down from 45), jump 3c0 (up from 2c0)
- Flame tower can aim while being built
- SAM missile max range 11c0 (up from 9c0)
- Iron Curtain footprint is now 2x2 (up from 2x1) and duration is 400 ticks (down from 500)

- Longbow ammo pool 10 (up from 8)
- Mobile radar jammer prequisites Radar Dome (not Allied Tech Center), hp 20000 (down from 22000), speed 55 (down from 68), cost 1150 (up from 1000), armor light (changed from heavy)
- Light tank vision 5c0 (up from 4c0)

- Artillery turn speed 17 (up from 10, was up from 8), damage 32500 (up from 26000, was up from 23000), damage vs none 35 (down from 50, was down from 60), damage vs heavy (60 up from 25), reload delay 120 (up from 100, was up from 85)
- Allied tech center power -100 (down from -50, was up from -200)

* Soviet
- Dog vision 6c512 (up from 6c0, was up from 5c512), hp 2800 (up from 1800), speed 110 (up from 100), self healing below 100% hp
- Parabombs charge interval 6500 (down fro 7500)
