I think this "(non-) isssue" must not be "fixed" in the OpenRA Game_Engine and/or Mod's game-mechanics.

The very FACT that Player_1 IS ABLE to DO this at Player_2 HOME-BASE, points to massive FLAW in the defensive strategy of player_2.

If player-2 had defended its OWN HOME-BASE, this blocking of their own production-facilities would simply not have been possible.
Player_2 attention span was clearly not focussed on properly defending its own base first.


Something to deeply think about as entire OpenRA community:
What will happen to the original OpenRA GAME, if (weak) players keep requesting these type of fixes because they fail to recognize their own strategic flaws? :
- Fully automated base-defense units?
- Production facilities with build-in pillboxes / minefield around them?
Come on!

Fix PLAYER strategies instead of the adapting the wonderful OpenRA GAME to a common occurring strategy weaknesses.
This is - to my personal opinion - a much better and flexible way to go.

Learning from one's own mistakes/flaws, adapt (to any situation), evolve and grow as a OpenRA player.
