Learn from the best!
If you ignore the other 25 or so people who are better than me at Open Red Alert.
Anyway.
We all know this game is increasingly popular (even more so for those who've been around a while), with good reason! Nice community, great developer work, and loads of people on the side making maps, tournies, running servers etc.
After a productive and fun training session with Bo i'd like to offer other new players the chance to up their skill in the 1vs1 games. As we all know these skills transfer over to team games too.
I don't intend to step on Lorry's or Whocares' toes with this. This is primarily to help new comers get themselves up to speed in how 1vs1 work in Red Alert. Then once they are confident with the basics they can engage the better players in battle and learn from them if they desire.
This basically operates by being in a public Discord lobby (so others can join in) and we both play games. I will play and narrate as I go, answering questions too, then also watch yourself play offering suggestions and tips etc (viewed in game from your POV). We will cover replays to pinpoint mistakes and emphasise what you do well.
This is very loose so whenever generally works. I tend to play RA around 18.00 to 22.00 UTC, but sometimes other times.
You can post here, PM me, and/or catch me on Discord. Discord link is found in the topic at the top.

A-soon-to-be-a-recruit would be more appropriate, I'm afraid!

I'll send you doomsday, he managed to get a vetted mig to lose it on infantry for no reason, this dude need coaching.
Oh, fun fact, on a team game, i saw the first vet 5 light tank ever, congrat to papi for his light tank "mcv killer". seriously, who can even keep a light tank alive more than vet 1. (or who even care about a single light tank to bother micro it in order to keep it alive)
