another graphic bug

I have a ATI graphic card and i know some problem like this:


I run on w7 64bits with a hd5700 with the latest driver.

Can I do to resolve this bug?

I found a solution

In ati control center, in 3d parameters i enter the .exe of Openra, and below i had desactivate all the effect or use the applications parameters.
