Create a game of OpenRa on a Mac, using a Time Capsule

Post by CJ »

Hi!
Im trying to create a game of OpenRa on a Mac, using a Time Capsule as a router.
Does anyone know how i should configure it?

I know how to get to the port forwarding part of the Time Capsule, but i dont know what information I should fill it with? There are 5 choices:

General UPD ports:

Own IP-adress:

Private UPD ports:

I've never had any experience with port forwarding before. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance

On your local machine, go to System Preferences and then "Network"

On the left hand side, "Wi-Fi" should be highlighted. Then on the right hand side you will see "Wi-Fi is connected to blah and has the IP address _________"

You set own IP-address to whatever is in that blank, like 192.168.1.100 as an example.

Your other four fields are all set to 1234, which is the default Red Alert port number.
