I think GDI is better. The Mammys and AGT fire at both ground and air units so they are the only things you really need to make. Nod needs Sam sites as well as obbys and most ground tanks are vulnerable to air attacks. Although most people don't use air vehicles too much.

While it is true you only need the Mammoths for anti air and stalwart ground forces lets not forget they are slow movement.

Recon Bikes work rather well vs air let alone the new version of the SAM trucks.

Thats why APCs have their guns modified from the original because they are able to atleast move faster to keep covered ground vs air.

I played a few more matches as nod and a player was attempting to do the rush to Mammoth builds and another attempting to expand early.

Early flamerthrower rushes and Chem troopers shut them down rather easily and since the quickest response is structures and infantry they mow those down with ease.

Just have to keep eyes out to see what they are doing is the trick. Thats why I get paranoid when someone tries to run a bike or humvee in. I just try to stop them early by spreading guys out.

But the Mammoths itself need a HP scale down. It takes to many bazooka infantry let alone advanced guard towers to take em out. Obelisks, and other mammoths are the only things that seem to stop them. (( Unless im incorrect and there is a method let us know! =D ))
