why is that OpenRA takes 2~3 minutes to launch and get me to the load menu?

i have i7. 16g mem, ssd, geforce GTX 1060 6gb, ASUS game motherboard, win10

why is that OpenRA takes 2~3 minutes to launch and get me to the load menu? this is the longest loading time by far i have ever had from any game.

i am sorry to ask this way, but i have to ask directly at least once like this.
are you trying to steal something from my pc?
i wish to know why takes so long?

One cause for long load times that I am aware of is from having a lot of maps installed

Loading maps and a lot of recources may take you some time, taking up all your RAM. If you want to take less less time for the gaem to load, consider upgrading your PC with more RAM, even one more plate with 8 gigs will ease the strain on your PC.

That seems weird. You definitelly have enough memory, openra uses about a 1 GB, and most of that is in VRAM

For reference for me tiberium dawn launches in about 2 seconds, red alert can take about 8 seconds. And note its taking so long only because I have so many maps

When I had this issue, it was due to my graphics card (I was using a Radeon HD 6000 series at the time) and processor (I was using an AM3+ processor) like six/seven years ago.

Might be time to get a more modern graphics card?
